WHITE BROWNIE (SEMOLINA COOKES)


Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup semolina(coarse)
1/2 cup vegetable oil or 1/2 stick butter(softened)
1 cup sugar
1 cup non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup crushed walnut

Directions:

Mix all ingredients with fork. bake at 200F for 2 hoursuntil golden brown.cut into pieces.if you want you can put in it chocolate sauce.

CARROT CAKE


Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1+1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 carrots, peeled
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3-4 cup all-purpose flour,plus more for pans
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven 350F degrees.Butter round cake pan. Dust with flour,and top out any excess.
  2. Stir the mixture of flour, baking powder,cinnamon, and salt.
  3. place eggs and sugar into a medium sized bowl, beat with hand mixer until it gets light and fluffy.
  4. beat the flour mixture into the carrot mixture and add the walnuts.
  5. Bake about 40-50 minutes, or until it tests done with toothpick.
